ABOUT THE MERCAT APARTMENT
Welcome to our website, which we have created as a guide for visitors to our holiday home in Jedburgh - The Mercat Apartment. Our site is also intended to help interested visitors to find out a bit more about the beautiful Borders area of Scotland and to the town of Jedburgh—rightly known as the ”Jewel” of the Borders.
The town of Jedburgh and the local area offers something for just about everyone:
- Golfing, fishing, horse and pony riding
- Swimming pool with gym open 7 days a week
- Pubs and restaurants
- Many walks and cycle routes
- Heritage sites and places of interest
We run the The Mercat Apartment as a holiday home principally for the family and friends of Tim and Gail Downing, but we are open to enquiries from any other interested parties. The Apartment comfortably sleeps four people.
